an ideal base for discovering charming vineyards and parks
During my stay, I enjoyed wandering through the nearby Bouzaize Park, which was just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, and explored the quaint streets leading to La Moutarderie Fallot, a must-visit. The staff truly went above and beyond, making my experience even more enjoyable by welcoming me and my dog with warm gestures.

Here’s why it’s a mixed review
The friendly and helpful staff made our arrival smooth, and the lovely garden was a perfect spot to enjoy drinks. Dining at the restaurant offered an incredible culinary experience, truly memorable.
Delayed check-in left us frustrated after a long journey, and the inconsistent breakfast service was disappointing with slow replenishment and limited options.

The Michelin-starred restaurant, Clos du Cedre, offers an exceptional dining experience with beautifully presented dishes bursting with flavor.
The breakfast service was inconsistent, and there were limited options, leading to a less satisfying start to the day.

the breakfast was a total disappointment, cold scrambled eggs and inadequate options is unheard of at such a so-called luxury hotel. having wet cushions outside was simply unacceptable—you’d think someone would notice. surprisingly, I didn’t receive any complimentary gesture for all this. I almost thought about a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Beaune vibes 🌿
Had such a lekker time! Staff were super friendly, especially with my dog. They prepped the room with all his gear, like his own blanket and treats. And the area is just perfect for exploring the vineyards — stunning views!
The room was a bit dated, could use a freshen up.

The staff were extremely attentive our check-in was seamless and they even greeted us at the bus like we were royalty.
It was a bit pricey but considering the luxurious experience it was still acceptable.

The location and especially the warm welcome for my dog made my stay memorable. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff took extra care to prepare a dog-friendly room with its own blanket, bowls, and treats. The cozy ambiance and charming decor in the common areas created a delightful atmosphere to relax. During my stay, I also enjoyed the inviting fireplace that added warmth during chilly evenings, making it a perfect spot to unwind.

We had a fantastic group trip! The common areas were cozy with a lovely fireplace and pool table. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was enjoyable, too.
Unfortunately, the spa was not available during our stay since we were looking forward to it.

Great choice for a weekend escape in Beaune with good value. Loved how the fireplace in the sitting area created a cozy atmosphere during the chilly evenings. Try to explore the charming village for more dining options.

Comfort Room had a cozy ambiance with charming decor. The location provided a great base to explore nearby vineyards and attractions.
Room decor felt plain and lacked finesse, not matching the premium price. Wet cushions in the garden area made for an uncomfortable start and breakfast options were surprisingly limited, with cold scrambled eggs and insufficient selections. Service struggled with delays between courses during dinner, and only one variety of Rosé wine was available.
